Responsibilities:
  • Your role will cover financial consolidation for a group of companies.
  • prepare management reporting and financial analysis.
  • Manage the Finance Operation in day to day financial matter.
  • Implement and maintain accounting policies for the group and responsible for any ad-hoc financial assignments as well.
  • Overall finance management and accounting function.
  • Preparation of consolidated financial statement, Responsible for timely & accurate reporting of monthly financial results.
  • Responsible for preparing consolidation accounts and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Responsible for audit compliance, internal control compliance and improvement.
  • Controlling income, cash flow, expenditure and financial instruments.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate risk and insurance programs of establishments to control risks and losses.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate internal control requirements including financial and operational policies and procedures.
  • Liaising with auditors, secretarial and tax agents Responsible for regulatory submissions.
  • This position will lead a team of account personnel and will provide supervisory and leadership to the team members.
Requirements:
  • You will be responsible for the full spectrum of the finance function financial reporting, prepare budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow management, financial audit and as well as support the Managing Director in strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning.
  • Min Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent.
  • At least 4-6 years of working experience in a related field with at least 2 years in a managerial/team-leading capacity.
  • Competent in management reporting.
  • Strong leadership qualities and results-oriented.
  • Able to work within tight deadlines.
  • Pleasant personality, able to interact with people at all levels and works well with others.
  • A positive attitude, excellent analytical/problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in treasury functions (including good knowledge of cash management operations.
  • Technically competent with up-to-date knowledge of local accounting standards and practices and Income Tax Act provision.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, commercial awareness, initiative and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, technical, IT and numerical abilities are crucial.
  • Singaporeans and SPR may apply.
Responsibilities:
  • Handling day to day enquiries, feedbacks, quotation, coordinate and follow up with customers.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all events run smoothly.
  • Managing documentation and administration.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
  • Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends.
  • Review your own sales performance.
  • Build credibility and trust by providing value added services via your interaction with customers and a high degree of responsiveness.
  • Participate in monthly meetings and proactively identify area for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least O Level.
  • Experience in catering is an added advantage.
  • Good spoken and written communications in English & Chinese.
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability & initiative.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Managing documentation and administration.
  • Process Orders and other requests by customers.
  • Build credibility and trust by providing value added services via your interaction with customers and a high degree of responsiveness.
  • Participate in monthly meetings and proactively identify area for improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least O level.
  • Good spoken and written communications in English & Chinese.
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures.
  • Experience in catering is an added advantage.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability & initiative.
Responsibilities:
  • To support Human Resource Manager and General Manager on administrative matters.
  • Makes appointments, coordinates meetings and schedules.
  • Develop and maintain computerized spreadsheets and databases to enter information and generate reports.
  • May produce, revise, or refine formal presentation materials, using presentation software.
  • Minutes Taker for meetings.
  • Any other adhoc assignments.
Requirements:
  • With relevant experience is an advantage
  • Fresh Diploma / ITE graduates are welcome to apply
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Ability to perform assigned duties with minimum supervision
  • maintain confidentiality of information; pay attention to detail
  • Must be organised and posses the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery & collection
  • In charge of loading, unloading and setting up
  • Verify invoices and collect payment
  • Attend to customer's enquiries when required
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude
  • Possess at least Class 3 driving licence
  • Physically fit
  • A team player
